What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us about it.
Who we are
The data controller is Sai Gardens, based in Kalandra, Halkidiki, Greece, company registry (ΓΕΜΗ) number 177666157000. For anything about your data, contact us through the contact form or on +30 698 922 7303.
The contact form
When you send us a message we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and the message itself. We use them only to reply and to give you a quote, that is, for steps before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
The site has no database. Your message is forwarded by email to the business inbox through the Resend service and stays there for as long as our conversation, and any work that follows, needs it. We do not use it for advertising and do not pass it to anyone else for their own purposes.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. For this check Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Hosting and statistics
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any host, processes the IP address and basic details of each request to serve the pages and protect them from attacks.
For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits and pages without cookies, without building visitor profiles and without following you across other sites.
Cookies
The site does not use cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why you will not see a cookie banner. Fonts, photos and videos are served by the site itself, not by third parties.
Links to other services
The WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram and Facebook buttons open those services. From there on, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States. Data is transferred under the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing. Contact us and we will reply within one month at the latest. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
